Based on the findings of facts and law detailed in the attached PDF document, the Court orders the following:
- The Plaintiffs' motion for default judgment is granted.
- The Park Place management contract between Defendants Park Place and Clive Cummins, and Defendants Ransom, Smoke, and Thompson is null and void.
- Defendants Park Place and Clive Cummins are ordered to pay the Plaintiffs $1.782 billion in actual damages.
- Defendants Park Place and Clive Cummins are ordered to pay the Plaintiffs costs and the Court Clerk is ordered to supply the parties with a list of court expenses for process servers and postage.
- Defendants Park Place and Clive Cummins are ordered to pay the Plaintiffs $5 million in punitive damages.
